LaunchPad Studio Apps ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based business application development service operated from Abertillery, Wales. We design, build and manage custom web applications for small and medium-sized businesses, and provide optional managed social media content services as part of selected service packages.

Services We Provide

LaunchPad Studio Apps offers the following services:

• Custom business web application development (BookFlow, ShopFlow, FormFlow, MenuFlow, TradeFlow, MemberFlow, EventFlow and bespoke builds)
• Application configuration, branding, and deployment
• Ongoing hosting, maintenance and technical support
• Managed social media content creation and publishing (optional, where included in your package)
• TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content scheduling on behalf of clients who have provided explicit consent

Managed Social Media Services

Where your service package includes managed social media content (including TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook posting), the following terms apply:

• You authorise LaunchPad Studio Apps to access your social media account(s) solely for the purpose of scheduling and publishing agreed content on your behalf
• You retain full ownership and control of your social media accounts at all times
• You may revoke our access at any time by disconnecting your account through our platform or directly through the relevant platform's connected apps settings
• Content will be created by our team based on information you provide about your business
• Where agreed, content will be submitted to you for approval before publication
• We will not post content that is misleading, unlawful, or in breach of the relevant platform's terms of service
• We store only the authentication credentials (OAuth tokens) strictly necessary to publish content — no additional personal data from your social accounts is retained or shared

Pricing, Payment & Subscriptions

Our services are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Pricing is as published on our website at the time of your enquiry and may be subject to change with reasonable notice.

• A one-time onboarding and configuration fee applies to all new applications
• Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
• Annual subscriptions are billed annually and include a two-month discount
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal
• All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable

We do not offer refunds on onboarding fees once configuration work has commenced. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your application will be taken offline.

• There are no long-term contracts or minimum terms
• Cancellation requests should be submitted via our website contact form
• Upon cancellation, any social media account connections will be automatically revoked
• We reserve the right to terminate service immediately in the event of non-payment, misuse, or breach of these terms

Intellectual Property

All application code, design, and configuration produced by LaunchPad Studio Apps remains our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the application for the duration of your subscription.

Content you provide to us (logos, product descriptions, images, business information) remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to use this content solely for the purpose of configuring and operating your application and social media content.

Data Protection & Privacy

We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• We collect only the data necessary to provide our services
• Social media OAuth tokens are stored securely and used solely to publish content on your behalf
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchPad Studio Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our applications or third-party platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or payment processors), and accept no liability for downtime caused by third-party services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify existing clients by email or via our website with a minimum of 14 days notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
